Is a coating worth it on an eight-year-old car?

Often, yes. If the paint still has life, we polish it back first and then seal the result. If it doesn't, we'll say so before you spend a dollar.

Does the coating protect against brake dust from all this stop-and-go?

Yes — brake dust wipes off coated panels and wheels instead of embedding. We can coat wheels as an add-on for exactly that reason.

What's the appointment look like?

Drop off in the morning; coating-only jobs are usually done same day. Add paint correction and we may keep it overnight. We'll tell you before we start.

Can I get the car washed anywhere afterward?

Touchless and hand washes are ideal. Brush tunnels are hard on any finish, coated or not — the coating buys forgiveness, not immunity.

Do you do anything for the glass?
