Chicago Auto Spa provides automotive protection and detailing services including, but not limited to, window tinting, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), auto detailing, paint correction, color change wraps, and chrome deletes. All services are performed at our facility in Bridgeview, Illinois. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without prior notice. Specific service details, warranties, and pricing are provided at the time of booking or upon request.

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone at (708) 270-7393, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• You will arrive at the scheduled time or notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Vehicle must be reasonably clean and free of excessive personal belongings for service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition presents safety or quality concerns.
• Service completion times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition and service complexity.
• Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred and given priority.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A deposit may be required for certain services or packages. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Refund policies for deposits and services are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us to discuss any concerns.

5. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by service and product. Specific warranty terms are provided at the time of service. General warranty information:

• Window Tinting: Lifetime warranty on all ceramic and carbon films against bubbling, peeling, cracking, and discoloration.
• Ceramic Coating: Warranty duration varies by package (3+ years to lifetime). Annual warranty renewal maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage.
• Paint Protection Film: 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and staining.
• Detailing: Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, improper care, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting us directly.
